Recycled Paper Owl Ornament Online
Create a paper collage illustration of a quizzical owl from recycled security envelopes and handmade and decorative papers. Mount your illustration on a piece of paper-covered book board to make a tiny piece of art you can hang. Registration required, limit one spot per person, per class. A kit with materials for the class will be mailed to your address prior to the event. Limited to participants with MN addresses. Presented by Becka Rahn. A Minnesota legacy program.
